The highly-regarded crew van conversion from Dutch specialist Snoeks Automotive, is successfully available in the UK since 2004. The crew van system allows panel vans to have a second row of three or even four seats installed, accessible from existing side loading doors. The conversion has been designed to deliver OE-levels of quality and safety. A rigid ABS bulkhead is fitted into the vehicle structure, integrated with the seats to provide acoustic isolation and helps protect occupants from cargo intrusion during an accident. Also all seat positions have three-point seatbelts and tilting head restraints. The crew van upgrade can be carried out in one of the specially trained regional fitting centres. On many brands they can offer a very short turn-around time. The Snoeks crew van is fully in appliance and approved in accordance with the latest EU-legislation. Anchorage points of seats and belts are in-vehicle 20G pull-tested. The converted unregistered van can be Whole Vehicle Approved through an individual approval (IVA) or in many cases through a type approval (ETA).
